This form is for manufacturers and suppliers of volumetric, panelised, or other systemised prefabricated building systems seeking preliminary eligibility review for the Verified Build™ Product Registry.

Disclose all global entities with equity stakes, cross-border parent operations, or joint-venture backing.
List the exact geographic origins and manufacturing entities responsible for all raw structural frames, structural core elements, and protective layers used within your volumetric or panelised layout.

How your system is classified and built.

Select all States and Territories where this system is currently being manufactured for deployment or actively tendered.
Section 3

Technical Integrity & Governance

Testing, certification, and factory oversight.

Detail all active physical testing validation, expert opinions, or certifications currently held. Explicitly name the NATA/ILAC accredited labs or JAS-ANZ bodies that issued the data. If relying on international cross-validation, state the precise baseline pathway.
Detail the frequency, scope, and specific external independent engineering bodies executing structural surveillance audits inside the assembly factory.

Data Completeness Rule Unredacted documents must be uploaded below to advance to validation triage. Missing core structural plans will result in an immediate intake hold.

Current QA manual and any ISO or third-party auditor certificates.
Full connection and installation detailing.
